This app was designed to work on mobile devices, so you could scroll through a single page to see all the scoring data without the need to traverse to separate pages. It also was designed to provide information on a individual basis while the shoot is ongoing. Event scores, option winnings, and earned yardage can be set to show your information, or you can view all results. Event scores will highlight your competition for possible trophies, identifying those participants who have a higher score or tied with your score and are in the same class, yardage group, or category as you.
On iOS/Safari phones, click Share button (up arrow) and select Add to Home Screen.
On Android phone, tap the three-dot menu and select Add to Home Screen.

You must always begin on the Shoot Information Center home page. You must enter a valid ATA number to begin. The ATA number you enter must be shooting at a club using ScoresR, and the holder of the ATA number has to be classified and squadded in that shoot. When those requirements are met, another page is opened for that ATA number. You can also open a page for other ATA numbers. The page work independently.
Pressing the update button in any of the views will retrieve the lastest set of information for that view.
Hide functionality - Each view can be hidden and then displayed again if desired. For example, you do not play options. Above the Option Money Winnings are the words, "Option Money Winnings," and clicking or touching when on a touch screen device will hide the view and the wording will be changed to "View Option Winnings."
Sorting data - Most of the views show data in a table format. Clicking/touching a header for a column, will sort the data on the information in that column. When you click/touch on the column again, it will sort in reverse. Torhpy data does not sort.
To stop viewing information about a shooter, just close that tab in your browser.
At the top of the main display is the shooter information for that shoot. When at a shoot where classes are increased or when yardage punches are received, selecting "Update!" will update the classifications. If you have received a yardage punch, and your yardage has not been increased, and you have more handicap events to shoot, you may want to remind shoot management.
If you disagree with your classifications, talk with shoot management before you begin shooting the first event.
This view displays any messages shoot management displays on the marquee, which is used with the rolling scoreboard.
Messages are updated on demand, like the other views.
This view displays option money winnings and can be set to show only money for the ATA number holder or everyone.
This view displays earned yardage and can be set to show only yardage for the ATA number holder or anyone who received earned yardage.
When the app is opened, we go to event number 1. You can select the event number to show and then press update to get data.
The holder of the ATA number for this tab is highlighted in yellow.
Any participant in the event that has a higher score than the holder of the ATA number, and is in the same class, yardage group, or category, is highlighted in pink. These shooters are your competition for a possible trophy. If there are no highlighted shooters above you, you maybe winning a trophy. We do not know what trophies the club is giving out, so this is only a hint of where you are at in the running for a trophy.
When the app is opened, we show any trophies which have already been selected. Press update to get the latest list of trophies. This display has a throttle on it, so it can only be updated once in a minute.
ScoresR has 2 methods to report trophies. One is by selection, and 2 is by Trap and Field Report. Small shoots usually use the selection method, so each event may have a separate trophy list.
Larger shoots, may use the Trap and Field method so that report may have everything.
Then some clubs do their own thing and will not use either and never post any trophies on ScoresR.
Also, depending upon the club and the shoot, there may not be any trophies.
So you may not see any trophies in this view. You can ask shoot management if there will be posting trophies on ScoreR.
When a club does not have High-Overall events set at the time you initiate your session, we do not show this view.
When data is available, the event number that makes up the HOA are displayed along with a total. This display has a throttle on it, so it can only be updated once in a minute.
When no class is displayed for an HOA shooter, it is because the shooter has not shot in a singles event, as the class to display is from a singles class that is part of the HOA.
Shoot management may have an HOA and not have a singles class in the HOA. So no classes will be displayed.
